Wow, at the risk of sounding pretentious you always seem to capture the small intimate details that create an encounter and breathe life into it.
Awesome, Annie.
I got the feeling I was sitting right there with her.
A palpable picture. It is the small details that give the meeting a familiar feel. I too felt as if I was right along side the bride-to-be.
Exquisite detail that captured the nuances.

This piece was loaded with detail. It was easy to visualize the scene as it unfolded.
I'm curious which stories these two characters came from?
Woops, that anonymous comment was me.

I enjoyed it very much. I love the setting, the chemistry between the two. Nicely done.
I was drawn into the scene immediately and surprised at the nature of the "transaction" that was taking place. Left me wanting to know more about their story.
Very descriptive, and I love your little asides, such as wondering what small hands mean. I think they'll be very happy together. Wonderful work!
I could really imagine myself there, the detail was awesome.Perfect.
It took me a while to figure out what was going on! Hehe. Also want to know where they come from!
Well done, but it made me sad. I have a hard time wrapping my head around arranged marriages. I hope she does indeed find happiness.

I can't see this in a romantic way. I think you've done a terrific job with the story and I believe you've left it open to interpretation, and my interpretation is I feel awful for her. Heh. Nicely done.
